He accomplishes 30 years the sand building contest Budding architects, promoted by the’Department of Sports, Tourism and Culture of the City of Loano in collaboration with the’State Property Department and the SIB (Italian Balneari Syndicate) of Loano.
Martedì 12 luglio, on the beach of Loano i bambini, come è ormai tradizione, per un giorno si trasformeranno in piccoli architetti e si daranno battaglia nella costruzione di fantasiose ed elaborate opere di sabbia.
La realizzazione dei castelli di sabbia prenderà il via nella mattinata. Le squadre composte dai bambini, una volta deciso il soggetto, si metteranno al lavoro scolpendo la sabbia bagnata.
The only materials they will be able to use are natural ones: sand, water, stones, shells and seaweed. The working tools will be shovels, buckets and of course lots of imagination. As every year, adults will be able to observe, without intervening.
In the afternoon, from 3 p.m., the sand castles will be subjected to careful evaluation by the jury.
All participants will receive a free gadget.
Winners of the sand building contest will be awarded prizes, mercoledì 13 luglio, from 9:30 pm, during the evening that will take place in the’Prince's Garden Summer Arena. Animating the party will be the cooperative I.so Theatre.
