Air of celebration in Loano which this afternoon accepted the evidence of the’Air Show 2016, acrobatic show that will reach its climax tomorrow afternoon with the performance of 313th Aerobatic Training Group of the Italian Air Force.
The event, organized by the’Aero Club Savona and the Ligurian Riviera, from the’Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano in collaboration with the Coast Guard Loano, will see the departure of aircraft from’Clemente Panero International Airport of Villanova d'Albenga. The director of the event and established creator of this event is the Gen. Caesar Patrono.
Numerous fans and curious onlookers lined the waterfront and beaches of Loano to observe the technical rehearsals for the exciting show. The pilots performed some of the maneuvers that will be seen in tomorrow's program and took reference points for the setup and position, testing the perfect entry and exit positions in space and the right speed.
The pilots offered an exciting preview of the choreographed show that can be seen tomorrow from 3:00 p.m.
The most spectacular moment of the event will be the performance of the Tricolour Arrows (PAN) whose maneuvers will keep spectators breathless and looking skyward. There are three possible acrobatic programs: high, low, and flat, depending on weather conditions. The Italian Aerobatic Team's performance will conclude with a trail of the Italian flag coloring the sky to the notes of Puccini's Turandot.
The public will be able to admire the performances from the seafront, the beach, and the Loano Marina. However, the Kursaal pier will be closed to the public, as it will host the civil and military authorities attending the event. For the occasion Marina of Loano will make the parking lot inside the port available to the public.

On the 101 frequency of Radio Onda Ligure will be broadcast live and for the entire duration of the event, the commentary of the’Air Show.

Parking and traffic:
It is recommended to use public transportation.
Tomorrow, during the event, traffic at Loano will undergo the following changes:
- From 9:00 a.m. until the end of the event, traffic will be prohibited and parking will be forbidden on Viale Libia, Campo Cadorna, and Corso Roma, except for medical emergency vehicles, emergency vehicles, official vehicles, and vehicles belonging to residents with private parking available.;
- From 9:00 a.m. until the end of the event, parking will be prohibited for all categories of vehicles, except those serving disabled persons with the appropriate permit, on Via Martiri della Libertà between Lungomare Nazario Sauro and Via delle Peschiere.;
- From 9:00 a.m. until the end of the event, all vehicles will be prohibited from traveling on Lungomare Nazario Sauro between the intersection with Via Martiri della Libertà and the entrance to the marina, with the exception of vehicles serving people with disabilities traveling to the parking area on Via Martiri della Libertà.;
- From 10:00 a.m. until the end of the event, on Lungomare Marconi, in the section between the “Loano Mare” beach resort and the Via Genova underpass, traffic will be prohibited and parking will be forbidden for all vehicles except motorcycles, mopeds, and bicycles, which must be pushed by hand.;
- From 9:00 a.m. until the end of the event, on Lungomare Madonna del Loreto, in the section between the eastern entrance to the marina and the intersection with Viale Tito Minniti, a one-way system will be in place in an east/west direction, and parking will be permitted on the sea side of the roadway.;
- From 9:00 a.m. until the end of the event, buses will be prohibited from traveling on the roads below Via Aurelia, with the exception of Via Trento e Trieste, Via Ramella, Via Europa, Via Cesarea, and Via Stella.;
- From 7:00 a.m. until the end of the event, parking will be prohibited for all categories of vehicles, except for spectator buses, on the sea side of Viale Azzurri d'Italia and in the public parking area on Via delle Ciappe.
