The first edition of the 4Church Trail - 1st Lucio Burastero Memorial, which was held yesterday in Verzi locality inLoano. The Trail Running race, organized by the’ASD KRAV MAGA PARABELLUM under the auspices of the’Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano, of Municipality of Pietra Ligure, of the Municipality of Giustenice e of CSEN (National Educational Sports Center), saw at the start 172 participants.
Athletes competed on a 17km course and 1,200 meters of positive elevation gain that wound through the mountains of the Loanese hinterland.
The race also saw international champions of the caliber of Marco Olmo, Pablo Barnes e Virginia Olivieri (Berg Team) the latter finished second among women in 2:13.26.
