Thursday, Sept. 14 to Saturday, Sept. 16, a Loano, in the hamlet Verzi will take place the Country Festival of Santa Libera on the occasion of the holiday of Santa Libera Sept. 15.
The festival menu includes some of the tastiest specialties of traditional “verzina” and Ligurian cuisine.
The dedication of the small church in Borgata Quarzi to St. Liberata dates back to the 18th century.
The country festival of Santa Libera will provide an opportunity to spend a day outdoors.
Friday, September 15 after the Solemn Mass in the Shrine, scheduled at 11 a.m., you can in fact have lunch at the festival set up on the lawn in front of the church by the’Verzi Group Association.
In the afternoon, at 5 p.m. will take place the Holy Mass and below the procession among the olive trees with the participation of the’St. Mary Immaculate Music Association of Loano.
From 7 p.m. will reopen the booths of the festival.
Thursday, September 14 and Saturday, September 15 booths will be open only in the evening from the 19.30.
